“There is no normal/average. A 'normal person' is what is left after society has squeezed out all unconventional opinions and aspirations out of a human being." – Sylvia Path
Always stick to what makes you weird, odd, strange, different. That’s your source of power. – Robert Greene
If you want to be a high performer, dare to show your personality.
Dare to be different.
Choose to go into discomfort.
It is easy to swim with the masses. They will guide you and give you security.
But they will make you adapt and comply with the norm.
If you want to stand out, you need to do something differently from the rest.
Not for the sake of standing out, but because there is something special about each one of us. Over the years, we have learned to hide it to conform with society.
Some people have this one thing which comes to our mind when we think of them. For others, there may be several small particularities which - all together - make an interesting personality.
I will on purpose not give examples, as they would limit your creativity to a certain area.
Try to think big.
Look out for details.
Maybe you want to also ask someone close to you.
What makes you special?
