If you want to deliver great service, treat people as if they were totally right. 


It doesn’t matter if they are not. (Because from their perspective, they are.)


Instead, you would always want to make them feel comfortable and safe. 


This mindset does not allow for you to prove anyone wrong. 


If your service is outstanding, they will follow your advice later on. But you first need to prove that you serve them to connect and build the trust needed.
