If you see something that can be improved - speak up.
If you see weak processes and you have a solution on mind - speak up.
If you observe severe misbehavior which weakens your organization - speak up.
It is no option to complain silently while knowing it better.
Don’t complain if you don’t know it better.
And for the rest: speak up and improve the situation.
Every single employee contributes to the company‘s wellbeing.
